Intellectual Property<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All content in the App (except your uploaded content) is owned by&nbsp;<strong>Epiphyte Gens LLC<\/strong>&nbsp;and protected by copyright laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You grant us a&nbsp;<strong>non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license<\/strong>&nbsp;to use, store, and adapt your uploaded content to operate and improve the App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of Remy AI without prior written authorization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Authentication and Accounts<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may create or access your account using <strong>Google Sign-In<\/strong>, <strong>Sign in with Apple<\/strong>, or other authentication methods provided by Remy AI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By using these services, you authorize Remy AI to access the basic account details you approve (e.g., name, email address, profile image).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notify us immediately at <strong><a>remyai.support@epiphytegens.com<\/a><\/strong> if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Prohibited Activities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p>You may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upload, record, or submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, harmful, or promotes hate, self-harm, or violence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reverse-engineer or attempt to exploit the App\u2019s software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use Remy AI to harass, exploit, or spread misinformation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interfere with Remy AI&#8217;s security, functionality, or network operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use another person\u2019s account or data without authorization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access to Remy AI.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Termination<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We may suspend or terminate your access to Remy AI, with or without notice, if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You violate these Terms,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You misuse or abuse the App, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are required to do so by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon termination, your right to use Remy AI ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and associated data under our <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
