These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Remy AI (the “App”), owned and operated by Epiphyte Gens LLC.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use Remy AI.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for any content you upload.

2. Health Disclaimer

Remy AI provides recipe suggestions for informational purposes only.

We do not provide medical, dietary, or nutritional advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or fitness routine.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (except your uploaded content) is owned by Epiphyte Gens LLC and protected by copyright laws.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and adapt your uploaded content to operate and improve the App.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of Remy AI without prior written authorization.

4. Authentication and Accounts

You may create or access your account using Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or other authentication methods provided by Remy AI.
By using these services, you authorize Remy AI to access the basic account details you approve (e.g., name, email address, profile image).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at remyai.support@epiphytegens.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Upload, record, or submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, harmful, or promotes hate, self-harm, or violence.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to exploit the App’s software.
Use Remy AI to harass, exploit, or spread misinformation.
Interfere with Remy AI’s security, functionality, or network operations.
Use another person’s account or data without authorization.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access to Remy AI.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Remy AI, with or without notice, if:

You violate these Terms,
You misuse or abuse the App, or
We are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use Remy AI ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and associated data under our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Epiphyte Gens LLC, its affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for any harm, loss, emotional distress, injury, or damages arising from your use or inability to use Remy AI.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We make no guarantees that Remy AI will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You assume full responsibility for how you use the App and for any consequences of your actions while using it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes or claims shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
